Brock Brothers Contruction Company (BBCC), Inc. was formed in July 2004, however our work experience equals thirty years in the various construction trades. We are also both African American owned and operated and fully insured and bonded.
Clifford Brock, founder and CEO of BBCC Inc. has been a member of the Local 542 Operating Engineers Union since 1988. Much of his experience involves installing and demolishing building and highway material. His certifications include; Personal Safety Management, removal of hazardous waste, operating hydraulic cranes, and construction management from the General Contractors Builders Association. Other experience includes excavation of toxic drums and demolition of contaminated buildings, such as, oil refineries, the Logan sinking homes project, and the Philadelphia Naval Base. Mr. Brock has also monitored construction sites as a compliance officer.
